When the Waves Feel Overwhelming: Psalm 93:4

Psalm 93:4 - Ocean wave Christian art displaying mightier than the waves Bible verse on turquoise background.

I don't know about you, but sometimes life can feel like standing in the ocean whilst wave after wave crashes over you. Just when you catch your breath, another one hits. Worry, grief, uncertainty, disappointment, fear. The waves just keep coming.

That's why I love Psalm 93:4 so much. "Mightier than the waves of the sea is His love for you." Mightier than the waves. Not just a little bit stronger. Not barely keeping up. Mightier. More powerful than anything crashing down on us.

Psalm 93:4 – Mightier than the waves Christian wall art with turquoise ocean wave design and comforting scripture.

When I created this print, I wanted to capture both the power of the waves and the greater power of God's love. The turquoise ocean design brings that visual reminder right into your everyday space. It's beautiful to look at, but it's also deeply comforting. A daily nudge that whatever you're facing, God's love is bigger.

I think we need those visual reminders, especially during hard seasons. When anxiety's loud or grief feels heavy, it's easy to forget what's true. Having scripture on the wall helps ground us. Not in a magical way, but in a gentle, consistent way. You walk past it making breakfast, and suddenly you remember: God's love is mightier.

Psalm 93:4 – Christian ocean wall art print with wave illustration and faith inspired scripture about strength and love.

This verse has been such an encouragement to me personally, and I've heard from so many people who've found comfort in it too. Whether you're walking through something difficult right now or you just love the ocean imagery, this print is designed to bring both beauty and hope into your home.

We offer it in several sizes, so you can find what fits your space. My hope is that every time you see it, you're reminded that no matter how big the waves feel, God's love is mightier still.
