- Damage: Sometimes damage occurs during transport: if this happens, please email us photos of the damaged item and we will either refund or replace it if possible.
- Cancellation / Returns: You may cancel your order or return your merchandise up to 14 days within receipt for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. The items should reach us in the same condition we sent them to you of course and we would highly suggest you get insured and recorded shipping if you plan to send something back. Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund.
